I signed up for this 21-Day Meditation Experience, offered by Oprah and Deepak Chopra. You have to register for the experience. Once you're registered, you can download the app and do everything right through your phone.
Every day for three weeks, they'll publish a new guided meditation. I did the first one today and thought it was pretty good. If I can actually do them every day for three weeks, I'll be amazed. My ability to keep these things up on a daily basis is definitely something I can work on.
There's also a journaling portion, which you can do through the phone or online. I did it online to avoid having to type too many words into my phone.
Don't worry if you missed a day or two. You can access every day that's gone live, online or on the app.
I wouldn't say I'm a huge fan of either Oprah or Deepak, and I'm not even sure how I originally heard about this, but I've got nothing against them, either. I believe it's certainly possible that they have something to contribute to my explorations of meditation and mindfulness. I'll keep you posted!
