Not too bad of a week. Most of our food is in good shape.
Food we wasted:
One orange that got squished at the bottom of the fruit bowl.
Food we saved:
I fished three broccoli stems out of the compost bucket, rinsed them off very well, and added them to the bag of vegetables for stock in the freezer. Who knows why, but I had it in mind that you couldn't use broccoli for stock. Now I know.
Eric made kimchi again and added a bunch of vegetable scraps to the freezer bag.
An apple started to rot in the fridge, but I saved the good half and froze it, then yesterday I used it as a smoothie ingredient and it was fine.
