So far this week, I'd give myself a "C" on this one. I did portion out a bag of potato chips and I have been logging everything as soon as I eat it, but I haven't been measuring as accurately as I should be. I ate ice cream without measuring it, which is dumb, if you're me.
My only excuse is that I've been tired this week. I don't know why, but I haven't felt like doing much at all outside of work. However, I did manage to pack a lunch for every shift this week, and I plan to take a lunch of all little bits of leftovers for tomorrow, to help clear out the fridge and avoid having waste.
On the other hand, I haven't gained any weight in a week, so maybe things are turning around. We'll see!
