4 Ingredient Banana Oat Bars - As part of my effort to keep our food costs below $400 this month, I've made some version of these two weeks in a row. I used a handful of trek mix instead of nuts and fruit, added more raisins to the second batch, and blended a little peanut butter in with the banana. Both batches were really good and  much less expensive per bar than the Powercrunch bars I've been buying.

The Surprising History of Hippie Crack - When I was a kid, our dentist gave us "laughing gas" on many of those visits. I loved it. This read is an interesting history of the drug.

Four Harsh Truths that Will Make Your a Healthier Person - This got me thinking about how I approach health and fitness.

6 Harsh Truths that Will Make You a Better Person - Referenced in the article above, but worthy of its own link.

The 10 Percent Rule: Fact or Fiction? - This relates to distance-based sports, running in particular. The old rule says don't increase your weekly distance by more than 10%. Spoiler alert - it makes no difference.
