Up next: Exercise.
Because I'm already doing Janathon, I'm going to stick with exercising every day. I also want to make a couple training plans for the stair climb and the half marathon I plan to do this spring.
I also still have Insanity sitting around here somewhere, unopened. February, maybe?
These "exercise everyday" challenges might be my favorite. They're tough, but doable, if I stay focused. Most importantly, though, I feel great when I do them.
