First off, success with the smoothies continues. It's easy to get a ton of fruit and veggies with smoothies and I shall continue to make them forever (I hope). But if you add beets to your smoothie, be warned that the concoction itself isn't the only thing affected by the red coloring.
It's not a big deal, and I knew what to expect, but the results look just enough like something would warrant an immediate visit to the doctor to cause concern. Every time.

Yesterday and today, I walked after work. I didn't get enough sleep either night, so I was tired yesterday and exhausted today. Only one more day! But Eric and I made a bet about who could exercise the most days in February, so I guess I'm not really done, as I can't lose a bet like that.
I'll just write a weekly report in February, so you don't have to read so many boring posts.
