Planning! It's a Thing!
I'm going to start planning ahead a little bit more, one month at a time, to make it easier for you, if you want to follow along, and easier for me, so I don't have to spend every Sunday deciding what to do next.
Here are the categories I decided to stick with for a general guideline of what comes next:
- Mental Health/Spiritual
- Something Creative
Since the last challenge in September was Dietary, October will start off Something Creative. I'm giving this a loose definition - anything from any of the arts will do.
Here are my next five challenges, starting with the one I'll do this week:
- Read a poem every day and write a response
- No social media
- Exercise every day
- SNAP challenge (eat on $4.50 a day)
- Meditate/meditation challenge
