Do the following exercises every day for the next 7 days:
60 second plank
I just completed day 1 and it sucked. After doing a hilly six-mile run yesterday morning, drinking too much beer while watching the baseball game yesterday, and a three-mile run this morning, I'm beat. Also, I did wall push-ups, which is like the easiest modification in the world, short of not doing them at all. Tomorrow I'll go a little lower.
