New Challenge: Say Nothing Critical

My challenge for this week falls in the mental health/spiritual category. So far for this one, I've listed things I'm grateful for and meditated

I'll try to write daily reports of my progress. Already I am wondering how to go about this. I know from experience it is easier to do something than to not do something else. Maybe if I tell myself to only say positive things, or look for the positive? Or maybe that will just be my test: Is what I'm about to say something positive?

I expect that by the end of the week, I'll  be appalled by how critical I am. I bet I'm critical and don't even know it. Is it critical to think that about myself? Damn. I guess I better practice this!

Last week wasn't that exciting here on the blog, but I did post a lot of pictures to Instagram. I plan to post a trail review of a hike we did at the end of our trip, and some more pictures. In the meantime, here's some snow and a mountain.
