I waited until this evening to do the exercises because Eric wanted to do them, too. We completed two rounds in a little bit less than 15 minutes. I hope by the end of the week I can get five rounds in 30 minutes.
I could really feel some of the exercises, especially the lunges. Eric is really wobbly when he does the Touchdown Split Squat. It's cute.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to move. I have plans to run seven miles early in the morning!
